Mckenzie and Missy, founders/owners of RCM, have their Master's in Music Performance and Music Therapy, over ten years of teaching experience, and five years in the music therapy field.

Our Teaching Philosophy:

  • Our teaching philosophy is rooted in a love for music

  • We know from personal experience all of the benefits to learning music, and we utilize this in lessons with students

  • Gaining confidence, learning to express self, setting and achieving goals while having fun are all a part of the package

  • Each student is unique, and the way we teach each one is unique; there is no "cookie-cutter" method. We listen to your goals and figure out how you learn best

  • Our goal is to instill this love and enjoyment in our students while also helping them to learn, create and grow musically
